Yin and Sound class. This meditative practice combines the deep, restorative stretches of Yin yoga with the therapeutic vibrations of sound healing, creating a unique and transformative journey for your body and mind. The Yin portion, you’ll hold gentle, passive postures for extended periods, allowing for deep release and relaxation in the connective tissues. This class uses props to support and nourish the body in each pose.
