Packages, Membership, and Cancellations Policies
Please choose your package carefully and note its expiration date. There are no extensions or holds on class packages of any kind.
Cancellations for memberships must give 30 days notice to our email at info@westsideyogafresno.com. Sorry, we are unable to issue partial refunds for unused months. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
If you cannot attend a class that you have reserved, we kindly request that you cancel ahead of time so that another student may attend. Cancellations must be made two (2) hours prior to the start of class. Clients who cancel less than two (2) hours prior to the start of class will be charged $10 late cancellation fee.
No shows will be charged $15 no show fee
All class packages are activated on the date of purchase.
Class packages have expiration dates, please check before purchase. Class packs activate on purchase date.
Please note that all classes require pre-registration.
Age Minimum to Attend classes is 16 (for safety and Insurance Policies)
Refund Policy
All sales for events, workshops, purchases, class packs, or monthly memberships are final. We do not offer refunds. In the event of extenuating circumstances, any refunds issued will be provided as in-studio credit only. Events and Workshops Require 72 hour Cancellation for a Studio Credit
